DISC:
The works of implementing the infrastructure works for the networks and roads of Jazan City for Basic and Transformational Industries affiliated with Aramco include “rain drainage networks, sewage, drinking water, irrigation network, high and medium voltage, and a communications network, in addition to road works beside those networks.”
Duties:
- Understanding project specifications and Creating, and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
- Observing existing processes, analyzing Project performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
- Preparing, Attending, and scheduling meetings as required.
- Continuously Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
- Analyzing Change Orders and providing Quantity and cost estimates.
- Analyzing Project Delays and providing the Requirements to Obtain an Extension of time.
- Monitoring and tracking progress of Subcontractors' Works to secure the best Actions for any Deviation.
