Project of Mixed Used Development at Old Airport Street, Qatar. Mixed-use development of a plot with a total area of 16,736 m2 to include a 4-star hotel, offices, administration, and retail shopping mall at G + M - (2016).
- Main Tasks:
1. Participating in structural analysis and design of the offices & hotel building. Both buildings consist of (G + Mezzanine + 7 floors) and one common basement (3 floors underground).
2. Value engineering.
